2012 is going to be a spectacular year or not…

What happened to 2011?  New Years Resolutions come & go.

India Month Two

I’ve been a little incognito these last two months. India is quite an adventure to be experienced.

I’ve been practicing asanas, philosophy & pranayama daily for 4-5 hours. Currently, I’m studying with the oldest living yogi, Mr. BNS Iyengar. As many of you know, Patabhi Jois recently transitioned and one of his successors is Mr. Iyengar who studied with him for many years. He’s taking me through the mysteries of the Universe. The classes are quite fascinating.

I’ve visited a few remarkable areas of India, including Hampi and Coimbatore, which I will share at a later date. The terrain is diverse, the culture is rich and the love is strong.

Remember, curiosity keeps you youthful!
